  This is one place you definitely don't want to trust with your repairs. During a repair for me, they managed to break the lamp glass on a $1500+ Holtkotter floor lamp. No apology, no credit on the repair, no effort to replace the glass. Thanks a bunch! In response to the self-interested response by the owner: there was never any apology. The piece of glass is not small and is an integral piece in the design. In fact, the manufacturer has replaced the glass at a cost of over $200. If you had any modicum of responsibility, you would have taken your own card and arranged for the replacement yourself. Thanks for checking carefully. Again, I wouldn't do business with this company again.
